Richard

About the blogger:
Richard is a consultant, facilitator and social entrepreneur with more than 10 years’ business and voluntary sector experience.

At UnLtd he works in the Ventures team offering strategic and operational consultancy support to some of the UK's most promising change makers. He also leads UnLtd's initiatives in India.

In 2005, Richard headed up UnLtd's successful first International Learning Journey, taking a group of 14 people to visit nine social projects over 12 days in northern India.

Outside his day job, he is developing a more-than-profit company to help people make radical shifts in their careers. He acts in an advisory capacity to two other startup social ventures.

Previously, Richard worked as a management and technology consultant with IBM, where he was based in London, Amsterdam and Dubai. He has also been a teacher and journalist in Japan, an environmental researcher in Tanzania and a monk's assistant in India.

He has a BSc in Management Science from Warwick University and has completed further studies in social entrepreneurship at INSEAD.
