Express Yourself is a pilot abuse prevention programme for children 5 -18 year olds and parents. Janet’s approach uses innovative, curriculum based stories (these stories are not about abuse), puzzles and related activities to raise children's awareness of their rights, body awareness, develop trust, self esteem and assertiveness, and to educate parents to support their children in this way.
