Mark O'Loughlin is a great advocate for equal rights for disabled people and his project has been designed to aid his local disabled community. The project will focus on training disabled people so that they can carry out access audits and consultation on the Disability Discrimination Act which will enable them to both are living, and also provide a valuable service to businesses, charities and trade associations. Alongside this Mark wants to develop a disability awareness training programme that will provide an excellent opportunity for personal development, a group discussion, building self-confidence and self-esteem. He is keen to promote a shift from negative emotions to positive. This is a really worthy project that will have a huge impact on the disabled community both from a physical, and a mental angle.
