Scott Warrington - Story Sport
Scott completed his MA in Community Sports Development at the University of Bolton in 2008. Story Sport works with Early Years Foundation Stage children (3 - 5 year olds) subtly combining literacy and numeracy with basic sport and fundamental movement activities. It aims to encourage small children to develop an interest in sports and fitness. Scott's theory is that if a child is active and has positive experiences of sport, they'll continue this in later life and join a sports club or leisure centre that will provide them with positive activities to engage in whilst growing up.

Thomas Sutcliffe - Lift2
Thomas graduated from Events Management at Leeds Met University in 2009. Whilst there, he won an Award for his Lift2 idea, which provides him with in-kind support from the University. Lift2 is a social networking car share site creating greener, cheaper and friendly journeys for students. Lift2 aims to reduce transport costs for students (with or without cars) and provides an alternative method to public transport, taxis and walking, when inconvinient. In addition, it aims to reduce traffic congestion, carbon emissions and social exclusion by connecting new and current students online before meeting face to face.
