What we offer

All employees have access to a wide range of internal and external training programmes, coaching, mentoring, secondments and other development opportunities.

Benefits 

As a UnLtd employee there are many benefits you can take advantage of and we hope this page will give you a taste of what's on offer.

If you work full time your normal working hours are 35 hours per week. We operate a flexi-time policy with core hours of work between 10am - 4pm. As a full time, employee, your start and finishing times are at your discretion provided you work all core hours and 35 hours by the weekend.
We offer 25 days paid holiday plus the 8 bank holidays per year (pro rata for part time staff). Staff can also purchase an additional 5 days of annual leave each calendar year. UnLtd offices tend to close over the festive season and an additional 5 fixed days are usually given during the period of December, and the New Year - these days are non-contractual and maybe subject to change.
Once you have completed your probationary period you can apply for a season ticket loan to help manage the cost of your travel.
In the event of death in service we will pay 4 times your annual salary as life assurance to your nominated beneficiary.
Staff are eligible for sick pay of up to one-month full pay and one month half pay based on length of service. Following the diagnosis of certain illnesses, you may also be eligible to receive payment under our Income Protection Plan.
In addition to all statutory benefits for parents and those adopting, we offer an additional 12 weeks’ pay at full salary and 12 weeks at half salary to staff going on maternity leave provided they have at least a years’ service and intend to return to work. Staff going on paternity leave who are eligible will receive 2 weeks full pay and a further 2 weeks half pay to be taken within a year of the child’s birth.

Once you have completed your probationary period you can join our stake holder pension scheme. During the first 2 years of service UnLtd will match your contributions up to 5% following 2 years of service, provided you contribute 5% we will then increase our contributions each year up to a maximum of 10% once you reach 5 years of service.
Pressure and stress are not uncommon within most people’s daily working lives, but if not managed effectively can have a significant impact on personal wellbeing. Through the EAP you have access to a team of Telephone Information Specialists who provide 'in the moment' practical information and advice services around issues that may be affecting you at home or work. The EAP also provides access to a team of trained counsellors offering support at the most difficult of times.
All employees are also entitled to an eyesight test funded by UnLtd every 12 months. A contribution will also be made to the standard cost of glasses if they are required for the sole use with a Visual Display Unit
Once you have completed your probationary period you can apply for the Bike2Work scheme. The offer intends to take full advantage of the Government Cycle to Work scheme, which aims to reduce environmental pollution, promote healthier lifestyles, and make cycling to work cost-effective by offering tax saving on bikes and cycling equipment.
Following 5 years of service staff can apply for a one-off 3-month unpaid career break.
Staff have up to 2 days of volunteering allowance they can use each year
