Do It

Our Do it awards help make your idea for social change a reality.

  • Specialist advice from relevant experts
  • Access to resources to help you get up and running
  • Access to the UnLtd mentor scheme.

Social entrepreneurs working with those is late life

Important information

Over the next three years UnLtd has committed to three focus areas where we believe social entrepreneurs can make a big impact. If your venture is working within one of these focus areas, your award application is more likely to be successful.

UnLtd’s core awards are funded by the Millennium Awards Trust and are open to enterprising people tackling any social issue. Please note that the application process is competitive and we are currently able to fund less than half of those who apply for awards that are outside one of our focus areas.

UnLtd supports those who are:

  • Aged 16 or over
  • Reside in the United Kingdom
  • Willing to participate in a learning experience
  • Working to benefit people living in the United Kingdom

To be eligible you must:

  • Have a real social impact
  • Fulfil a clear need and demand
  • Have clear outputs and goals
  • Provide a learning experience or opportunity

UnLtd cannot support concepts or businesses that:

  • Are part of your paid employment where you are an employee
  • Involve political or religious campaigning
  • Involve activities outside the law or against public policy, or anything that encourages ethnicity, religious or commercial disharmony
